Poor quality paint

Good day I purchased the fired earth wall paint and have been highly disappointed in the quality of the paint. We had to put 4 coats and despite it saying that it's a washable paint, I have streaks where the paint has wiped off... I logged a complaint with the builders in the crescent and the only feedback I gto was that they tested the batch and no fault was found. I even asked for a rep to fetch the remainder paint from me to test my paint. It's now 3 months later and no response. Highly disappointing
