Poor quality and not washable

Good day I purchased Fired Earth white walls and ceiling paint and the two colours colour burst awesome and serene After the second quote of awesome colour paint starter to leave marks We the app**** 3rd layer but it is still leaving whiter or lighter colour marks where it dry on the edges or where you stop It is terrible leaving marks al over after three days of drying even when u try to use a damp cloth paint is coming off Please advise what to do Thanks Marianka ***
