Fired Earth "Washable" Paint - False advertising

My husband and I recently purchased Fired Earth paint for the internal walls of our home. The paint claims to be "washable" and having a toddler...a washable paint is a must... ONE incident in &we quickly realised the paint is infact NOT washable. Upon washing with water and a mild soap intended for washable paints (as recommended by the salesperson).. the paint washed off the wall completely. Fired Earth - a useless excuse for paint. Tipex would last longer!
