Expensive paint mistake

Absolute ******* paint. All Seasons "SPAN", 10 months and the paint began to peel off the walls, cracks appearing elsewhere on boundary walls. No response from FE after emails sent to them, so much for their 7+3 year guarantee. Now the painter is avoiding me like the plague. I'm in the mood to stand outside Builders Warehouse with a placard saying FIRED EARTH is ****E, avoid at all costs.
