Despite following all instructions and seeking advice from your agents, I have experienced significant issues with the product and have not received adequate support or resolution. I revisited Builders Warehouse Tygerberg to complain, and the in-store agent took my details, assuring me that an area agent would visit to assist. However, I have not received any follow-up call or visit to date. Additionally, my attempts to reach out via the Fired Earth website have gone unanswered.
