Awaiting response for basic color that was totaly off.

I have been doing maintenance for many years now. About 2 months ago I bought Fired Earth's Tornado paint and painted the outside of the house with it. I finished almost the whole house outside with the three 20 ltr cans, but needed just a little more for the last wall and the touch ups around the house where we missed a few spots. As I bought a basic color, it wouldn't be a problem to get the same color again, or so I've been told... The color of the paint was totally off. As soon as I saw the difference, I took the paint back to the store. That Is where the problem started. The sales person phoned the Area Rep, who was suppose to come see what the problem was. Today, 2 months later I still haven't seen him. The sales person then gave me the area Rep's number. I phoned him and he told me he would come and see me the next Monday. Needless to say, He never showed up... I then had to buy 2 cans again to repaint most of the house with my own money, because I couldn't wait for the Rep to show his face someday when he wants. I was renovating a client's house At the end of the day it cost me about double the price for the paint and then double the price for the labor as well. I have sent Fired Earth a message to reply me, just after this happened, but they also don't reply from Head Office. When you ask for Fired Earth's head office number in the store where I bought it from, they just don't give it to you.

This is the first time I ever write something on Hellopeter. I never complain about anything, but this is just pathetic.

I hope to hear from their head office, so I can be reimburse for the loss for the two cans of paint.
