The ladies in the admin department cannot help enough. They really want to make life easier for you especially helping with deceased firearms. The transfer of my 4 guns was painless and they go out of their way to help out. They also sell firearms and were helpfull all the way.

All my licenses were granted as the paperwork of FTS is all done perfectly. All weapons were dealer stocked so I could apply, I have had issues with other shops not bothering to dealer stock making the weapon impossible to license. Any issues i had were dealt with on the day in a professional and polite manner.
