The service at Fire Room Castle Gate is **********. The waiters are inattentive and excruciatingly slow. My drink has been finished for the past 20minutes and I've been waiting for over 30minutes to order dessert.

Terrible service. Also the 2nd floor keeps vibrating, which is highly disturbing especially when you're eating.

The flood left me uninspired and underwhemed.

This place is definitely OVERRATED!
