Extremely disappointed

the service there is unbelievably terrible. nobody attended to me for more than 20 minutes, i had to stop a waiter and ask him to take my food order and i had to call another one to order a drink. i sat waiting for my food and instead of my food arriving, the waiter came to ask what i’ll be having, meaning he took the order from scratch but i was there for more than 45 minutes . i’m so so disappointed, i decided to get a takeaway because i was so upset. the lamb cutlets were very nice but there were no condiments or even cutlery and a simple serviette in my takeaway bag when i paid for the food and service. omg.
