Worst Service Delivery

My bike has been sitting with FireItUP for 3 months now. Was in a minor accident four months ago. Firstly no updates were given for a full month, then when my insurance starts inquiring, becuase i complained, I am told parts have been ordered, wait for another month, bike is being assembled, yet here we are, still waiting for parts and assembling. How long does one need to be waiting for parts and how much noise does one need to make? Is it really necessary for me as a client to be making calls every week to complain to get something done? Is this what service delivery has turned into?
