Sales stuff need a push in the right direction

I have mixed feelings about this place, first time I went there to view bikes the reception was warm and friendly, second time I went to actually purchase the bike the sales lady Caitly didnt even stand up or show interest in assisting me, I just paid signed and shooed off, weeks later I am still waiting for my bike to be delivered and all she wants to do is give me a run around.I am definetley considering cancelling the sale and taking my money somewhere else !
