Poor service

September last year I bought two Harley Davidsons from Fire it Up, the sales team and finance team were great, went out of there way to ensure we received the best service but unfortunately that is where it ended, the pre delivery "mechanics" were absolutely pathetic, from ill fitting a tyre to to leaving the handle bats lose (the list is to long), a few days ago I sent both bikes in for there annual service, the one seems to be ok so far but the sportster 72 went in with everything working and now has numerous electrical faults, they contacted me to say the headlight is only working on brights, when I took it in it was working fine (led headlamp), then it stopped working altogether and the lights fuse keeps on blowing ... As I say the bike was working fine when it went in......
