Fire It Up Life Integ Mech Promise

I purchased a Harley Dyna Wide Glide in 2019 from Fire It Up William Nicol Drive. It was sold to me with a 4yr/20000km Service Plan and a Life Integ Mech Promise. I received the Service Plan but when I enquired about the warranty of the Life Integ Mech Promise, I was told that it does not exist and that I have no mechanical warranty on my bike, even though my invoice displays the Mech Promise that was sold to me with the service plan.
