Bad service

I just got off the phone with one of Fire it Up employees in sales department, the guy is sooo rude I called in to enquire about their 90% buy back guarantee while on the phone this guys capt on talking with someone on the background and I could hear he is so anoid while asking questions about this he dropped the call. I really don't understand why people work in places where they have to deal with people if they know they not cutout for it .now all the excitement I had about buying a bike with Fire it Up went down the drain because it make me think that they will treat me that way even when their client.
