Bad Communication, No Interest

Wanted to buy a Sym EVO 300i GTS Was difficult to speak with the sales manager, Requests to phone back were ignored. After many times I received the offer to purchase. They were moving to another premises was the reason that the communication was bad. Had a question about the offer to purchase and again difficult to get the sales manager on the phone.
