Flight Tickets

I have booked 2 tickets for Fire & General. After I booked them they informed me that they already booked it themselves. So unfortunately they didn't pay me for the tickets or service fees. They refuse to pay me. Now they come out with different stories. This was a very urgent request from them - the admin lady didn't even mailed me for the tickets she came to see me herself. I have send them lots of mails but the just ignored me.
