Pay in full for curtains but 7 weeks still waiting

An order was placed on the 3 March 2015 for the supply and installation of curtains.<br> The full purchase price was paid.<br> Despite telephonic queries and a personal visit on 14 April 2015 the goods had not been delivered.<br> There was no explanation for this.<br> No installation date could be given.<br> I would not recommend that this supplier ever be used.<br> Its service was abysmal. No one was ever updating me as to the status of the order nor giving me any reasons for the delay. <br> To date, despite making payment in full of the order value, some R16000 (sixteen thousand rand) I have still not got any satisfactory answer to my queries
