False Advertising and RUDE manager.

I went to their extensively advertised SALE today to buy some Tulle fabric. There are signs everywhere stating ALL DRESS FABRICS NOT MARKED DOWN ARE LESS 20%. The Tulle, which is definitely a dress fabric, is not marked down, so it should be subject to 20%. The assistant checked with the female manager, who said the Tulle is the only exception to the sale. I asked why, and pointed out there are no exceptions listed on any of their signs, and she said it is ' their bread and butter' so they don't mark it down! She was loud and shouted across the till area. And asked if I know the cost of advertising and whether I would want to pay for them to change their posters. I have never met a ruder or unprofessional manager. The staff are clearly all petrified of her, and she is outwardly rude to her customers and staff. The Tulle is only R65 pm, and I bought 2 meters. So a grand saving of R24 has cost her a regular customer. I will never go back. I feel very sorry for their staff - they all look truly unhappy and scared...
