Complete lack of quality control and integrity

I went to Fiona's to get curtains for my house - big mistake. For the ridiculous price that they charged me, their workmanship was terrible - my curtains where in some cases about 5 cm shorter than required. The attention to details while stitching was terrible. They used the wrong tape on the curtains and attached the eyelids at differing positions - there clearly was no quality control done. My curtains had to be taken away and redone - and then too it was not done probably.

If that was not bad enough, they totally got the colour of the fabric for one of my rooms wrong and refused to acknowledge it as their fault. I now have brown and beige curtains in a grey/blue room. Despite me having a picture of the actual fabric that i selected, they refused to accept that they made a mistake, saying rather that colours do not render the same in pictures. I called the owner as well as mailed him - he did not respond to any of my attempts to contact him. What is it that they say .. "the fish rots from the head'

I do not recommend anyone using Fiona's in this day and age when organisations are redefining their operating models to ensure great customer experiences, Fionas doesn't think their customers are worth the extra care and effort. Needless to say i will be using another curtaining store to finish my curtains.
