Bad Service

Good morning, I just wanted to brinf to your attention that i'm not happy with the way the guy that answered the phone handled me. He is very rude, no telephone manners what so ever. He should go for training. How can he put the phone down in my ear before i even finish asking him my questions. If that is how to treat customers you'll never get business like that.
