dishonest - RADIOGRAPHER - FIONA KRAFT

I went to see this Radiographer in FEB 2019 , when i made the appointment I asked if it was cash or medical aid , was told its medical aid , went for my appointment - I was in the room for +-10min - no scan given , no report was given , no letter to this day.... as I was leaving the doctor room , Fiona said I need to pay R100 admin fee !!! when i called to make the appointment nothing was said about the R100 fee! as I was investigating I found out that this practice phones the medical aid to find out how much funds you have available , then they claim all that funds, it is unfair that a doctor can do this , one visit and they take all you funds , something need to be done about this , whenever it comes to any specialist we get ********** and if you not aware of what is happening on your medical aid doctors will take all your funds!!!!! and making /force us to pay cash for there greedy practices....
