🛑 WARNING: PLEASE READ AND SHARE 🛑 I don’t usually post things like this, but I feel I have to speak out so that no one else falls into the same trap I did.

Recently, I was targeted by two *****ulent companies operating under the names FinxoCapital and Finbok. These entities are not authorised to operate in South Africa. They present themselves as legitimate trading platforms, promising expert advice and good returns — but it’s all smoke and mirrors.

After speaking directly with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), I was told in no uncertain terms: they are known for taking your money, pressuring you to increase your balance — and then, just like that — they wipe out your entire account.

In my case, I was misled by someone called Sydney Maye, who gave me every assurance that my funds were in safe hands and that my best interests were being looked after. I now know that was a lie. The way they handled my trades was shocking. One trade — which they pushed me into — closed in just one minute, wiping out everything. Gone.

To make matters worse, I reached out to the company who holds the FSP license they claimed to be operating under. The response? That company had already removed them as a juristic representative due to severe financial losses and misconduct associated with them.

FinxoCapital is allegedly operated by Nova Capital Ltd (Reg No: 15693), based in Anjouan, Union of Comoros, regulated by the Anjouan Offs**** Finance Authority (AOFA) — but this means nothing in terms of local protection. They have NO RIGHT to be operating in South Africa, and yet here they are, tricking honest, hard-working people out of their money.

Yes, I feel foolish for trusting them. But if this post saves even one other person from falling into the same trap, then something good can come from this awful experience. 🙏
