Started trading after a friend’s recommendation

Started trading after a friend’s recommendation. Interface looked clean and the indicators were helpful. But twice, my stop-loss didn't trigger on time. I recovered, thankfully, but it shook my trust. It is not terrible, but definitely not my main account anymore. Works best for small trades or learning.
