Unhappy

If I could give no stars I would. They manipulated me and loaded tons of debit orders on my account with the promise that after that first call they will help me get off debt review. Very friendly to start off with. Then RUDE...... they promised that they would sort out all the legal stuff and i don't have to worry about anything at all. before the end of that week i will be off debt review. To my surprise they could not do anything only renegotiate with my creditors which was not the original selling point. They are a total **** with all their lying.
