Unauthorized debit order

Good Day my name is Nonhlanhla mosumi Ref fw21345 I had canceled my service with finwell last years March but they still debiting my account whenever these money in my account. I want all my money that was debited without my concern and they debit using different references when I call the bank they say they can't stop due to that reason Iam really not happy can I be contacted really need this resolved permanently.
