They keep debiting even after canceling their services

Very bad experience. After canceling my services with then they continue debiting ( and I can’t reverse this from my bank) I had to ask them to please cancel this and refund my money. They refunded me but not the full amount for unknown reasons. The following month they debit again ! I after calling them again to refund me and cancel me from their system they are going back and forth without responding. They don’t even have sense of urgency
