Services cancellation.

I was approached by finwell debt management and they offered me a service and initially i agreed to use their service and gave all of my details. They then required documents which i presently don't have and i then decided to cancel and i communicated that they should halt their services as they haven't started the process because i haven't sent my documents. I sent emails and whatsapp messages trying to cancel their service they were offering me and despite my means to cancel they debited my money R686.00 and now they are ignoring and they said they will call me but they never did.
