Poor service

How far with your investigation about the complaint i gave on the 11 of July,becouse till this day nothing has been resolved the lady by The name Mahlatse i wrote her an email Monday that am canceling i no longer need your service because i no longer trust you due to the lies i have been recieving from you guys since you took my money on the 24th till thus day my acc are not paid as you promised to pay them on my behalf.since you fail to pay me why cant you just reverse my money becouse you are the ones that failed to deliver the service you said you will provide me.Mahlatse is busy telling me that i must sign documents before i can get to refund off which i refuse to sign those documents as they dont even specify that ill ever get my money back.people no matter how desperate you are you must never trust this company is full of untrusted people they will take your money for nothing 😢. Its so painfull becouse i worked so hard for being ****ed like that
