PATHETIC!!!!

These people are ********,i have requested a cancellation the next day after i got a phone call they said i must send a cancellation letter of which i did,i did not sign any agreement,they then debited my account with 685rands after a 4 days that i cancelled,i want my money bsack or else i will take legal action if my money is not refunded i have all proof on my emails and i have not signed anything.
