No help from finwell

I have been paying this company since June to help me with debt review. They deduct their money every month but up until today they have not paid a scent towards my debt. They don’t reply or just send watsapp messages that someone willl call. I have received final notice letters from one loan company as on their system no payment arrangements had been made, I have phoned up and down, went to the places up dnd down but nothing had been done. I’m fed up
