I got a call from a guy call Kgabo Manamela from Finwell Wealth Solution, firstly I asked him where he got my numbers from and he said from a certain database and he explained why he was calling and very smoothly he explained what their service was all about. He said that the will that he will send was only a "draft" and not a final will as most of the information like ID numbers of people nominated were still missing. This guy was a smooth talker and he advised that the debit order cancellation be cancelled at any time as this is not a "final approved will" and just a draft, something didn't sit well and I immediately told him to cancel my debit as I will personally visit their offices for a formal engagement.

I've sent over 10 emails asking him if my debit order of R650 has been cancelled and he ignored my emails, he only rep**** to my email on the 10th of October to confirm that my debit order has been cancelled and when I included the Ombudsman to show him I'm not playing games . I asked him to send me a confirmation letter that confirms that the debit order was cancelled to submit to my bank and only today on the 21/10 he sends me an email to say that the debit order will go through because they explained the process (which I didn't ask them to call me!!! ) Drafting the "actual" will (actual will?!!!! He said it was only a draft and the actual one will be send for my approval which I never did!!!!) and sending the draft to me!!! Imagine?! I'm appealed!! As I've constantly sent emails as they don't answer their phones anymore (****** ****mers!!!) Kgabe Manamela from Finwell Wealth Solutions if my debit order goes through on the 25th/10/24 we're seriously going to have a problem!! The fact that you even confirmed it on the email that you will cancel my debit order and now you send another email sending me services that were never rendered and that I never approved of really disgusts me!!! You guys don't even deserve a star because you're ****mers!!! and I demand a letter from you guys confirming that my debit order has been cancelled and will not go off on the 25/10 before C.O.B today!!!!
