Is finwell running a **** or what?

I got a call last year from Finwell I can't remember the exact month nor date they promised to pay my Absa debt.. At first they started deducting R3000 for two months and I told the R3000 is a lot of money so they reduced it to R1500. They sent me an email around October this year telling me my Absa debt has been paid up. Today 15 of November I went to Absa just to check if my debt has been paid and they told me nothing was paid. Now I want Finwell to answer to be what is going on? Why take my money every month only for them not to pay? If it's already paid I need proof from them.
