I am unhappy

The called me and told me that they will help me to be out from debt.I was called non stop on that day by a lady called Mmathipe to accept that the money for that will be deducted from my account, when I call back for cancelation the number does not go through but the money has been deducted from my account, there is no option to reverse it.
