Finwell unauthorized debit orders from my account

Finwell has been deducting R89 from my account since December and I don't remember agreeing to that.They told me it was going to be a once off payment just for november 2021.They don't answer my calls anymore..The last time I called them they promised to cancel that debit order and refund me my money. That was in January and up to date they're still deducting money from my account.
