Finwell stole money out of my account

Hi Finwell deducted money from my wifes account and they created a debbit order without her signing or sending Finwell any forms. She told them she is not going ahead after understanding what the product is, but a week later when she got paid they deducted money for something she didnt give consent to or even know what pruduct they deducting. She has been trying to call them the hole day and finwell legal phone doesnt even ring. They responded via email this morning but after hearing the query they didnt phone back. This is theft and there customer care is non existant, when they want to sell you a product they phone you the hole time but when you need to speak to Finwell after they *******y deduct money out of your acount they silent.
