Finwell *****

Sometime last year I got a call from a guy calling from Finwell about helping me with my debts and credit score... I gave them my details and everything they needed to help...

A month passed an I had heard nothing from them and my credit score was still the same... To my surprise I got an email from them telling me that they were done fixing everything for me but when I checked again, my score was the same...

I rep**** to their email and told them that I wanted nothing to do with them anymore as they were of no assistance to me...

On the 25th of Jan this year these people debited R1280, R75 and R79 = R1434 from my Capitec account with no communication at all... Even after I had told them I didn't need them anymore as they had done nothing for me and the sad part is that the bank cannot reverse my money... I hope one of their employees or management sees this as my next move is to the Ombuds man...
