DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL

I have tried to contact this company a number of times they DO NOT answer. I have been promised the following: - A contract on email and whatsapp - Payment of my creditors - Constant communication - A copy of my credit score.

I have not received any of the above.

My creditors are STILL phoning me every single day for non-payment when the entire point of this process was to avoid that and worsening my credit score.

Finwell has DIRECTLY affected my credit score.

I want my money back as per breach of contract and would be happy to refer back to the recorded call where promises were made.

I expect a call imminently as well as a refund of funds paid for NO REASON. I want the immediate cancellation of my 'contract' as well and for NO FURTHER money to be debited from my bank account.
