Complete despair

Good day

I have been sending emails requesting feedback of any sort for months now. If I call I get told all documents are received but negotiations with creditors still need to be confirmed. I have started paying my own accounts and wish to cancel and want a refund of the money taken from me which amounts to R4000. In the initial call the sale of the product was a lie as I was told I will be taken of Debt review in 6 months. Please now that I have paid all my debts myself you have taken my grocery money. I am devastated. Months of no dents from your side and now when I want this cancelled the debt order goes through and you take my food money.please refund
