Finselect is pathetic (insurance for vodacom)

I have been struggling to cancel my insurance since August....every time i call i get the same lame excuse that its cancelled but the system keeps billing me. I always get promised a call back - no one ever calls and the team leaders are conveniently always busy. I have now resorted to reversing all the debit orders.... pathetic service that's an understatement
