TOP OF THE TIER ****MERS

I have unfortunately fallen victim to these ****mers, as I was in desperate need of funds. I paid upfront fees with the last money I had and was told they will "advise once the payment is processed within 2 hours". 12 hours later and I'm still waiting to be advised.
