Theft no refund received

I app**** for a loan and paid the required fee of R1168. After approval they requested an additional payment of 1800.i got suspicious and requested a refund. Daily finsap didn't respond all they did till the 7th of Sept was reply hi I got upset and requested they stop greeting and action. This company de***** people of their hard earned money and then don't pay the loan Until today 15th i still await the refund I even intend laying a charge against this company or person.
