Loan application

I app**** for a loan of R5000, I was told to pay initiation fee of R763 and to also pay insurance fee of R805. I was told that after these payments, the loan amount will disbursed in two hours time. I haven't received it even today. I wrote emails but they were ignored, I try to call them, their contact number id out of service. I think they are ****ming people
