Finsapp has ****med me

I've contacted Finsapp a loan urgen while being under debt review. I was so desperate. Still am. I don't know what to do. They took for ever to update me on what's going on but when they need contract fees and insurance fees they where quick to reply. They have told me if I make payment today within 2 hours I should have the loan. I have done all the payments and then they stopped emailing me after constantly asking them for am update and this is so sad because this is money needed. I feel like I just got ****med. If I receive payment I will take down this review but if no, how do we get the police involved. Surely hellopeter can do something
