Finsap Loans

I have taken out a Loan from Finsap Loans I'm trying to get hold of them but the phone just go dead and I don't get any response on my email the guy that is working with my loan is Mark Damian he requited an upfront payment of R1063 apparently for the contract fee after paying the amount he send another email that I have to pay R1305 for insurance on the loan wich doesn't make sense I'm going to take this further as he doesn't communicate and when I confront him on email there are no replies back from him. I have all the details where I have paid in the amount and all the emails
