ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED

Good day, i app**** for a loan with them in May of 2023. i paid my initation fee of R2200.00 and then I decided to cancel as I found a better option, it has been nearly a month of begging for my refund of R2200.00 with empty promises, I filled in the cancellation form and mailed it, the manager then asked if I filled in the form and assured me that i would be refunded the Wednesday that was nearly 3 weeks ago today. Every day i mail and ask but get ignored. MS GM. Corker.
