FINSAFE (PTY) LTD AND FSP SOLUTIONS WILL THROW YOU TO THE DOGS

For 10 months I have waited for my retrenchment insurance to be processed by Finsafe (Pty) Ltd and FSP Solutions. It has taken hundreds of emails and calls and follow-ups. Finsafe requested documents over and over, delaying the process. Now they have rejected my claim telling me that no matter what my employers documents say, they have decided I took voluntary retrenchment!! I went through a full section 189, my department was closed down, all my documents indicate this, yet they have decided I took voluntary retrenchment. Who in their right mind in these times with covid etc would take voluntary retrenchment??? So that all my accounts can be in arrears of 10 months, so that I can have people harassing me daily for payment, after waiting patiently for 10 whole months of being told I was waiting for my insurance!!! These people at FSP Solutions and Finsafe have no empathy for anyone. Its not bad enough that I was retrenched, they have made things 1000 times worse than I would have been had they dealt with my claim within a reasonable time frame. Clients mean nothing to Finsafe or to FSP Solutions. You may as well throw your premium payment money down the toilet. They will purposely delay things, reject your claim, leaving you to have to submit further representation, and will drag it on until you give up. Well I wont be giving up!!!
