Zero communication.
I lodged a claim last week and was told I would be informed on the claim in 48 hours and I've since heard nothing from them.
What kind of business can't be reached via telephone and via email?
Is everyone on leave?
I need to know which time best suits them for me to call... What are he business hours for TelkomInsurance???
