Z3 vs LG

Monday the 23th of November 2015 at 9:16 I emailed Khaya Simelane who has been assisting me, with my query. I collected the phone on Saturday the 21st, an LG phone that was replacing my Z3 that got snatched. To my surprise the LG phone doesn't even worth the Blackberry curve I am using. I didn't even switch it on, I just placed it back in the box, and emailed on Monday that, this is either a joke or Finrite is reaping people off. I have been paying the insurance, without any debit order bouncing, in simple I have been delivering but now I am stuck with an Analogue phone. Khaya promised to give me a call, on the same Monday till now I am still waiting and I know the rule that applies that states *phones to be returned with in 7 days, in their original package. Today it will mark 5 days. Is Finrite reaping customers deliberately or. I have decided to cancel all my insurances with this company or they give me what I have been paying for which is a Z3 phone. I still blame Cellc for introducing me, to this Company a fly by night Insurance.
