Finite and telkom stole my money

I lost my phone, now over a month ago. I followed all the instructions on how to claim, handed in all the relevant documents and now nothing. I have to call them and hold 15min for someone to answer. Then I get told that they are waiting for 48hours just to check if my email has arrived.

I'm disgusted that in 2020 companies like this excist. I will be filing a complaint with the consumer protection, as this is a clear violation of my rights. I pay my premiums every month and when I need insurance I get ******.

Please don't take out any insurance with telkom because they will tell you their hands are tied as finrite(******* and *****) handles the insurance. I guarantee if I don't follow up with them, I'll never actually get a claim back.

Get ready to deal with my lawyers you worthless ******* people.
