You cannot add onto Access amount

I find it ridiculous that one cannot add onto their access amount to get a phone of their choice. Imagine losing a phone after 2 years of insuring it surely that phone is now out of the market and the equivalent in terms of performance is more expensive why not allow for clients to add onto their access amount to get a better phone.
